By using @CalesteaBot or calestea.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Calestea. In jurisdictions that require a higher minimum age for online services, that higher age applies.

Features that involve biometric data processing under GDPR Art. 9 — Avatar Packs, Natal Portrait, Past Lives, Couple Portrait, and any future selfie-upload features — are available exclusively to users who are 18 years old or older. This requirement is independent of the 13+ general eligibility threshold and cannot be overridden by self-attestation when a contradicting birth date is present on the account. Users aged 13–17 retain full access to all text-based features of Calestea (birth chart, astrological readings, text compatibility, transit forecasts, and others). If we discover that false age information was provided to access portrait generation features, the account will be immediately blocked from those features.

Your Calestea identity is tied to your Telegram account. We do not maintain a separate password. If you lose access to your Telegram account, your Calestea data is recoverable only by Telegram-mediated identity verification.

You agree not to: impersonate another person, upload selfies that are not of yourself, use the service to harass, scrape Calestea content programmatically, or attempt to reverse-engineer our pipelines.

Some features (Avatar packs, Premium Profile, future SKUs) are paid via Telegram Stars. Pricing is shown in-bot before purchase. All purchases are denominated in Stars; conversion to fiat is handled by Telegram, not by us.

Refunds for Stars-purchased items are subject to Telegram's refund policy and our discretion. We refund any failed Avatar pack generation in full within 7 days. We do not refund successfully delivered, perishable digital goods otherwise.

Calestea is provided for entertainment purposes only. It supports self-reflection and is not a substitute for professional judgement. We do not make medical, legal, financial or relationship recommendations. Astrological output is not advice. Do not make material life decisions based solely on Calestea output.

You retain rights to your selfie input. We retain rights to the generated portrait template and the avatar style. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use your generated portrait for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your data via /privacy in the bot. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; we will explain why except where doing so would compromise abuse-prevention.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calestea is provided "as is" without warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.
